General Terms and Conditions

These are the terms and conditions on which we supply products to you. Please read these carefully before you submit any orders to us (Heatons Dog Adventures).

Our contract

Any order placed by you for goods advertised on our website is an offer by you to purchase the goods selected in your order.  No contract exists between you and us for the sale of any goods until we have received your order, accepted it and taken full payment (via any major credit or debit cards).

If we cannot accept your order, we will inform you in writing and you will not be charged for the product and/or a full refund will be issued. This could be due to out-of-stock items, an error in pricing or product description, a product quality issue or limited resources. 

We only sell goods in the UK. Due to changes in regulations, as a result of Brexit, we are unable to deliver to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands or Isle of Man.

Delivery of products/goods

The cost of delivery of our products will be clearly displayed to you on our website.

We aim to deliver our products to you within 1/3 working days. We are not responsible for the delay of delivery outside of our control.

If you require delivery to more than one address then a separate charge for each delivery destination will be applied to your order.

If you are not at home when the product is delivered and no one is available to accept delivery we will leave you a note informing you of how to rearrange delivery or collection of your goods.

The goods are at your risk from the time of delivery.

Our rights to end the contract

We may end the contract with you (by writing to you) if you break it. Breaking of the contract is not limited to and includes:

• You do not make the required payments to us.

• You do not provide us with information that is necessary for us to provide or deliver the products (delivery address, size requirements etc…).

• You do not allow us to deliver your products within a reasonable time frame.

If you break the contract with us, you may need to compensate us. We may deduct an administration fee from advanced payments as reasonable compensation and we will inform you before we do so.

Price and payment

Every effort is made to ensure that prices shown on our website are accurate at the time you place your order. However, if an error does occur;

If the product’s correct price at the time you place your order is higher than the price stated to you, will we contact you for instructions on how to proceed before we accept your order.

If we accept and process your order where a pricing error is obvious and could have been reasonably recognised by you as a mistake, we may end the contract and refund you and require the return of any goods.

We accept payment with Mastercard, Visa credit card and Visa debit card.

You must pay for all products before we deliver them to you.

All prices shown on our website are inclusive of VAT.

Other important terms

Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product slightly.

We only supply products for domestic and private use.

We will only use your personal information as set out in our privacy policy.

No one else has rights under this contract – it is between you and us.

These terms of sale and the supply of the goods will be subject to English law and the English courts will have jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising from the contract.
